We cordially invite you to join Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. and Pacific Life Insurance Company for the 89th LHCA meeting in Omaha, Nebraska. The conference will be located in the heart of Omaha's historic Old Market District along the Missouri riverfront. There are many nearby attractions including the Qwest Centre, Omaha Children's Museum, Omaha's Eppley Airfield, the Joslyn Art Museum, and the renowned Henry Doorly Zoo, and Rosenblatt Baseball Stadium — site of the College World Series.

The registration fee for our meeting will be $375 per meeting attendee, $100 per guest, provided such payment is received by April 25, 2008. After that, the fees are $475 and $175 respectively. Please make registration fee checks payable to "Ameritas Life Insurance Corp." and mail them to:

Driving Directions to Hotel
From Eppley Airfield: Exit Airport, turn left on Abbott Drive. Continue on Abbott Drive approximately 2 miles to 10th Street and turn left. Follow 10th Street for 6 blocks to the hotel which is located on the left (east) side of the street at 10th and Howard.
From I-29: Take I-480 West to the Dodge/Eppley Airfield Exit, turn left onto 10th Street and continue approximately 3 blocks to the hotel which is located on the left (east) side of the street at 10th and Howard.
From I-80: Take I-480 North downtown, continue approximately 3.5 miles to the 14th Street Exit. Continue south on 14th Street approximately 3 blocks turn left on Douglas, go 3 blocks to 10th Street. Turn right, continue approximately 3 blocks to the hotel which is located on the left (east) side of the street at 10th & Howard.
Ground Transportation
There is a complimentary hotel shuttle provided by Embassy Suites. The shuttle will run every 30 minutes to and from the airport.

Don Edde Memorial Golf Tournament
The golf outing is scheduled to be held at the Shoreline Golf Course in Carter Lake, Iowa. With four sets of tees on each hole, measuring 6,600 yards from the back, Shoreline suits all levels of players. Shoreline's signature hole, the 13th, is one of the most scenic holes in the metro area. Golfers are treated to the natural beauty of the golf course and a panoramic view of Carter Lake.
Fees: $60 per player (includes cart, green fees, lunch and great prizes)
If you need to write a personal check for your golf, please make the check payable to "Ameritas Life Insurance Corp." and return along with the meeting registration fee.
Agenda Questions for the Meeting Discussion
The success of the meeting depends upon your questions and subsequent discussion. You'll receive responses and insight from some of the most knowledgeable individuals in the insurance industry. Questions should be submitted through the LHCA website at: LHCA.net/Questions.cfm.
A compilation of all questions submitted will be e-mailed to registered attendees approximately two weeks prior to the meeting date to allow attendees the opportunity to review and prepare for discussion at the meeting. Attendees will need to print the questions and bring them to the meeting. (Don't forget to hole-punch the pages in order to place them in the binder you'll receive at the LHCA meeting registration desk when you arrive. DON'T WORRY — if you forget, we will have a 3-hole punch available!)
Don Edde Memorial Award
The Don Edde Award recognizes volunteers who demonstrate outstanding service to the Life and Health Compliance Association and the insurance compliance community. This award is presented annually at the May LHCA conference. We need your nominations! You can fill out the nomination form online or print and send a copy on Shawn Greenway via email at sgreenway@fbfs.com or fax 515-226-6537. Nominations need to be completed and sent in no later than March 10, 2008.
